Printer Rx provides on-site printer repair service on a per incident basis. The same team of experienced service engineers that provide “full service” to our contracted customers also perform T & M services. Labor rates are competitively priced and the labor “meter” begins only upon Printer Rx ’s arrival at the customer’s site.

“RED COUPON ” ON-SITE REPAIR

Printer Rx’s RED coupon program is our answer to those customers desiring our rapid 4-hour on-site response to a printer repair call, but who are not interested in having a “full service” annual contract on all of their equipment. Designed for customers with large inventories of desktop laser, serial matrix and thermal bar code printers, labor charges are fixed per repair and incurred on a per incident basis. RED repair “virtual” coupons are purchased in quantities of 10, 25, 50 or 100.

FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Customized on-site maintenance contracts are a cornerstone of Printer Rx. Any level of coverage, as extensive as 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, is available. Our contract administration team interacts directly with our customers to design a maintenance program that will maximize printer performance and minimize printer repair expenses.
